  • A detailed health assessment

  • Optional labs and functional medicine testing

  • Access to a wearable (like an Oura Ring or WHOOP) to track sleep and recovery

This gives us a clear starting point to personalize your plan.

Step 2: Choose Your Coaching Path

We offer two powerful ways to work with us:

1. Foundations Course (Self-Guided) A flexible, go-at-your-own-pace program that walks you through our Power Season method.

Includes:

  • Video modules for each pillar of health

  • Weekly prompts and goal setting

  • A supportive private community

2. Guided Coaching Program (Most Popular) An 8- to 12-week expert-led coaching experience that blends education, accountability, and results.

Includes:

  • Everything in the Foundations Course

  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with your Power Season coach

  • Direct access to our expert team:

    • Functional medicine doctor

    • Hormone specialist (if needed)

    • Nutrition Coach

    • Sleep Expert

    • Personal Trainer

  • Personalized macro and movement plans

  • Mid-point and end-point progress check-ins
